Job Details

We are seeking talented individuals for the role of Hadoop Administrator / MAPR - Admin. You will participate in designing, developing, and implementing architectural solutions for our projects, working closely with various stakeholders.

Experience: 3-6 years

Job Type:
Permanent / Contract (depends on project needs or C2H)

Position Type:
Full-time (Monday – Friday), with flexibility for shifts between 6am-10pm or 6pm-6am IST, including occasional overtime.

Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc (IT) or equivalent

Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools (Map Reduce, Yarn, Hive, HDFS, Oozie)
• 2+ years with stream processing tools (Kudu, Spark, Kafka, Avro)
• Experience with No
  
  SQL stores like HBase
• Knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP integration with Big Data
• Hands-on with MapR distribution
• Monitoring and performance tuning skills
• 3+ years in benchmarking, performance analysis, and tuning

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer MapR clusters
• Troubleshoot and resolve cluster issues
• Upgrade MapR clusters
• Experiment with and automate ecosystem components
• Optimize cluster performance
• Query tuning and optimization expertise
