We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Production Planning (PP) with Quality Management (QM) as a secondary module. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PP solutions within S/4

HANA environments. The role requires an in-depth understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and quality integration to deliver seamless end-to-end business processes.

8+ years of relevant SAP PP and QM experience

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering SAP PP and QM implementations, enhancements, and support within S/4

HANA environments. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze production and quality requirements, design optimized SAP processes, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

• Lead SAP PP module implementation and integration with QM for quality control and inspection processes.
• Configure production master data including work centers, BOMs, routings, and production versions.
• Define and execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and capacity planning strategies.
• Implement and maintain quality management processes such as in-process inspections, results recording, and defect management.
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions across PP, QM, and MM modules.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP PP-QM processes.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, training materials, and process flows for end users.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process optimization for production and quality operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production planning and quality-related issues efficiently.

• Hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and integration with QM in S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of discrete and process manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control functionalities.
• Experience in quality planning, inspection lot processing, and results recording.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design optimized SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

• Experience working in SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SAP PP-PI (Process Industries) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and analytical dashboards for production and quality reporting.

• SAP Certified Consultant (Preferred)

• Tools: SAP S/4

HANA, MRP, QM Inspection Lot, Fiori Apps, and Solution Manager.
