About the Role
Marketplaces are the backbone of digital commerce, from gaming and resale to content platforms. Yet they face immense pressure: fragmented onboarding, high fraud exposure, slow settlements, and heavy compliance requirements. This role is about transforming those pain points into ZEN’s competitive advantage.
As Director, you will build and own a global business line dedicated to digital marketplaces. You will not be selling single payment products; you will be constructing ecosystem-level solutions that integrate payments, multi-currency accounts, payouts, and compliance into scalable flows.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution for ZEN’s marketplace vertical.
Build solutions for instant settlement, develop adaptable cooperation models, and frictionless global Buyer/Seller onboarding.
Partner with top global marketplaces at board and executive levels.
Create frameworks that reduce fraud and simplify compliance at scale.
Build and lead a vertical team with full P&L accountability.
Position ZEN as a trusted infrastructure partner for high-volume global marketplaces.
Requirements
10+ years in marketplace, payments, or platform leadership.
Deep knowledge of onboarding, fraud, payments, and cross-border settlement.
Established global network with marketplace operators and regulators.
Track record of scaling complex, multi-market solutions.
Strong ability to engage both C-suite leaders and technical experts.
Expected Impact After 12–24 Months
Multiple tier-one marketplaces integrated with ZEN’s infrastructure.
Significant reduction in fraud and compliance cost for clients.
A pipeline of new partnerships with digital marketplaces worldwide.
