WhatYou’ll Do
- Own end-to-end email campaign execution - including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
- Segment contact lists based on behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages to run targeted outreach sequences and outbound Linked In/Meta campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices, privacy regulations, and deliverability standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for improved deliverability, open rates, click‑throughs, conversions, and pipeline impact.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling, on‑brand messaging and creative assets.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stay current with email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to continuously improve subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Work with channel leads to integrate email and CRM initiatives with broader marketing campaigns for a cohesive customer journey.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in email marketing, covering both inbound and outbound strategies - ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Hub Spot, or other CRM tools
, as well as enrichment and sequencing platforms. - Strong knowledge of marketing automation
, segmentation, personalization, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization. - Analytical mindset — ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating across teams to align campaigns with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
