This is a part-time equity/token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends
, Autheo
, and the WFO Creator Network
, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following a token sale or funding.

As a part-time Senior DePIN Dev Ops Engineer in an equity-based cofounder role, you’ll operationalize decentralized cloud with automated CI/CD and compliance for Layer 1/2 solutions, dApps, DeFi, and DePIN products. This role is critical to enabling self-healing infrastructure with sovereign control.

• Deploy and maintain S3-like storage, EC2-like compute, queues, and databases on blockchain.
• Configure blockchain nodes for DePIN services with high availability.
• Implement IaC using Terraform/Ansible for decentralized environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD for dApp and smart contract deployments with blockchain tools.
• Ensure pipelines support compliance (audit logging, access controls).
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring for decentralized services.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads for blockchain node operations.
• Develop scripts (Python, Bash) for operational efficiency.
• Implement Prometheus/Grafana/ELK for real-time DePIN monitoring.
• Ensure services meet SLAs with automated alerts.
• Collaborate with Cloud‑Infra‑Dev Ops CoE for blockchain/dApp/DeFi/DePIN support.
• Lead reviews for scalability and reliability.
• Mentor teams and contribute to open-source DePIN tools.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Dev Ops for decentralized/high-throughput systems.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Prometheus/Grafana, compliance auditing.
• Preferred:
• Background in DePIN/blockchain infrastructure or DeFi operations.
• Experience with open-source Dev Ops tools or multi‑cloud setups.
• Contributions to IaC standards or patents in decentralized ops.
• Soft Skills: Precision in automation and performance optimization; strong technical communication and collaboration; passion for scalable DePIN ecosystems.
