AX/D365 Developer – Remote, B2B Contract
Start Date: January 2026
Location: Fully Remote (Must be located in Poland)
Contract Type: B2B
Engagement: Full-Time
OverviewA leading European technology consultancy is seeking a AX/D365 Developer to join a long-term digital transformation project for a major end client. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for professionals based in Poland, offering stability and growth within a collaborative delivery team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
- Support integration efforts with external systems and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O development
- Proficiency in X++
- Experience with integrations (OData, REST APIs, Azure services)
- Solid understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Polish language skills preferred but not essential
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power Platform or other Microsoft technologies
- Prior exposure to international rollouts or multi‑entity environments
- Long‑term project with stable roadmap
