Are you a Hub Spot expert with a knack for helping others get the most from this powerful platform? Then this is the perfect role for you! Simple Strat is a Diamond-level Hub Spot Solutions Partner and we manage the largest Hub Spot tutorial channel on You Tube:
Hub Spot Hacks. We're well on our way to creating significant impact in the Hub Spot community and have an immediate need for an additional team member that can help us deliver Hub Spot consulting, implementation, and training. In addition to managing your own group of client relationships, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help us continue to shape our go-to-market strategies and create a significant impact for our clients, our firm, and your career.

Our team enjoys the flexibility and autonomy of a fully remote work environment, along with a tight-knit vibe that's typically only found among in‑person teams. Please note that we are only considering US-based people with experience providing Hub Spot consulting to multiple clients at this time. An

ideal Hub Spot Solutions Consultant at Simple Strat:
  • Is deeply familiar with the Hub Spot platform
  • Has experience with and enjoys teaching others
  • Understands the marketing, sales, and service strategies that Hub Spot enables
  • Is technically savvy and comfortable using technology to solve problems
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment that provides autonomy and many opportunities to solve problems and drive measurable results for a variety of clients
Requirements for this role:
  • You have 3+ years of experience using Hub Spot software, including the initial onboarding process
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a Hub Spot partner agency
  • You have 2+ years of experience training others on Hub Spot software
  • You have experience managing client relationships
  • You have experience with project management; developing project plans and schedules, and leading those projects to successful conclusions
  • You have experience with helping others solve problems or implement new strategies using Hub Spot’s capabilities
  • You have proficient knowledge of the business strategies and functions that companies use Hub Spot to execute (e.g., inbound marketing, inside sales, etc.)
  • You have experience with basic troubleshooting and auditing performance within Hub Spot
  • You are eligible for full-time, W2 employment in the United States and are able to work during standard US business hours
  • Bonus:
    You have experience with API integrations, coded workflow actions, and/or Hub Spot development
In a typical week in this role, you may:
  • Hold a discovery meeting with a prospective client to understand challenges they face with Hub Spot and/or opportunities for Hub Spot to drive more value for their business
  • Create a project or implementation plan designed to help a client achieve their goals
  • Manage client communications, answering questions in a timely manner and keeping them up to date on the status of your work
  • Help a client with Hub Spot onboarding, including consulting and implementation work inside their portal
  • Help a client think through how to implement a marketing campaign or sales process using Hub Spot
  • Conduct a Hub Spot audit to help a client understand where they may be deviating from best practices
  • Work inside a client's Hub Spot portal to assist their team (e.g., creating workflows, setting up campaign tracking, creating custom reports, etc.)
  • Assist with creating Hub Spot training materials and content – including articles, videos, emails, and online courses

  • Typical salary range: $80,000-$90,000/year depending on experience
