This is a contract role for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The specialist will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance, maintain and manage desktop computers, and deliver responsive help desk support to end users. Responsibilities also include assisting in the management of systems and ensuring seamless IT operations.

This is a hybrid role based in San Juan, which allows for a mix of in-office work and remote work.

• Proficiency in Technical Support, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting
• Experience working with and maintaining Desktop Computers
• Demonstrated skills in providing responsive and effective Help Desk Support
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment (partially remote and in‑office)
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in Managed IT Services or cybersecurity is beneficial
