Marketing Assistant: (Data, PM, Email) — Contract

Location: New York City (On-site preferred)
Compensation: $25/hr

Atoms is looking for a Marketing Assistant who lives at the intersection of creativity and data — someone curious about why people buy, how they behave, and how to turn that insight into growth.

You’ll work directly with the Growth Lead to optimize email, paid, and website performance — building small wins quickly by testing, learning, and improving every day. This role is perfect for someone who’s young, analytical, creative, and wants to grow fast inside a startup.

Analyze campaign performance and customer data to uncover insights that drive conversion.

Support the Growth Lead in managing email campaigns, testing subject lines, and improving flows.

Coordinate across creative, design, and dev teams to launch experiments efficiently.

Build and maintain reports or dashboards to track KPIs and performance trends.

Test new ideas using AI or automation tools to make campaigns faster and smarter.

Document learnings and share clear next steps with the team.

A background in data analysis and understanding customer behavior.

Someone who’s experimented with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation apps, etc.) in personal or side projects.

Sharp communication and project management skills — able to move work forward fast.

Interest in marketing, user psychology, and building things that grow.

Hands-on familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Notion, and Google Sheets.

An independent thinker who loves experimenting, measuring, and improving.
