Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant with Public Sector, Budgetary Control and GL experience to help optimize their business practices. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading Oracle Cloud Financials with focus on GL and Budgetary Control. It is critical to understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and deliver comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our talented Cloud team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and consultants to develop, plan and implement Cloud solutions in a healthcare setting.

This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only – International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.

• Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation life cycle
• Identify business requirements and map them to ERP Cloud functionality
• Conduct Functional Design Workshops
• Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
• Assist clients in preparing validation scripts and testing scenarios and developing test scripts
• Validate configuration and data
• Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions to production
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional Lead with the following:

• Experienced with 5 years in a Functional Lead role
• Oracle ERP Cloud experience encompassing the full Oracle Cloud Financials suite, with expertise in GL, Budgetary Control, Chart of Accounts, Cost Allocation, and SLA
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud through at least two end-to-end life cycles
• Ability to lead other functional consultants through the different project phases
• Public Sector experience (local governments, city, county, state) required
• Travel to clients sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
• Must already be living in the US
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
