Digital Designer

We are looking for a Digital Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. You’ll assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work — including interfaces, layouts, visuals and user experiences. Your insights will directly shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers.

• This is a full‑time or part‑time remote position.
• You’ll choose which projects you want to work on.
• You can work on your own schedule.
• General AI training projects start at $20+/hr, design‑focused projects start at $40+/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work.

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups and visuals.
• Evaluate the quality of output produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design or graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
