Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Informatics Analyst / Vizier Super User to join their dynamic team. As an Informatics Analyst / Vizier Super User
, you will be an essential part of the Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics department supporting the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Title: Informatics Analyst / Vizier Super User
Location: Fully Remote (Preference for Low‑Cost Geographies), or San Jose/Virginia

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary Vizier Super User, optimizing platform utilization and effectiveness post‑implementation.
- Run complex data queries, extract raw data, and ensure data accuracy and integrity supporting Vizier reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and visualizations for various stakeholders within Vizier.
- Investigate data anomalies, identify root causes, and validate data to ensure reliable insights.
- Apply knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes to interpret data correctly and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Hands‑on experience as a Vizier Super User or analyst, especially with the TA module, post‑implementation.
- Previous exposure to Talent Acquisition data, metrics, and processes.
- Proficiency in creating professional data visualizations, dashboards, and reports (experience with other BI tools is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies independently.
- Proficiency in data querying languages such as SQL or similar tools.
