The TeamAs the Global HR Analytics COE Lead, you will head a team that develops advanced analytics solutions and strategic insights. You will collaborate closely with the Global Org & Talent COE, Global Total Rewards COE, and cross‑functional partners to translate data into actionable decisions.
Role SummaryWhirlpool seeks a senior manager to lead the Global HR Analytics COE from our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan, or from the World of Whirlpool location in Chicago, IL. The role is fully onsite, Monday–Friday (Chicago candidates must attend the headquarters bi‑weekly). Your focus will be on building data‑driven solutions for organization, talent, and culture, supporting strategic HR initiatives such as talent pipeline development.
YourResponsibilities will include
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand needs and align analytics efforts with organizational goals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, designing solutions that produce data‑driven insights and inform critical decisions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy—collection, integration, storage, and security—leveraging AWS cloud.
- Lead design and development of advanced analytics models, tools, and dashboards to monitor and evaluate recruitment and talent management processes.
- Present complex data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Manage and develop a primarily remote team, ensuring professional growth, continuous learning, data‑driven decision‑making, and innovation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, customer focus, and innovation within the analytics team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in data and analytics.
- 5+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Data Studio).
- 5+ years’ experience managing a cloud computing environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- 3+ years’ experience leading and developing a team.
- Certification in data analysis or data science.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of workforce planning and human capital trends.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with HR systems such as Success Factors.

Base salary: $94,700 – $189,400 + Annual Bonus.
