*** What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health
*** Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.
*** Responsibilities
* *** Work with Business teams (multiple) and IT teams
* Overlap with Off-shore teams early EST times (i.e. from 730 AM+)
* Be available for on-call work as needed
* Work from Service Now Incidents/Defects/Enhancements, Jira project/cards
* Develop/test/implement solutions in Salesforce Sales, Service, Account Engagement, Experience Cloud, with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management, Conga Composer, Certinia
* Coordinate solutions with partner IT teams (i.e. Outlook, SAP, Boomi, etc.)
* Perform deployments using deployment tools, Gearset, Github, Concourse
* Respond to Urgent/SRT incidents
*** Qualifications
* *** 4-8 years of experience, preferred
* Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
* Proven expertise in  Sales & Service Cloud
* Experience with Conga (fka Apttus) Contract Lifecycle Management, Conga Composer, Certinia (fka Finance Force), Milestone Plus (for Salesforce)
* Familiarity with  Account Engagement (fka Pardot), Experience Cloud (fka Communities), Marketing Cloud, Tableau
* Working knowledge of Dev Ops (Gearset, etc.) and Salesforce DX
* Experience working in Agile methodology, utilizing Jira
* Working with Managed Packages and External Vendors

* May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
** Anticipated salary range:**$94,900 - $135,600
