UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality, directly shaping how future AI tools support designers.

• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr
• Design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask you for any money. Pay Pal will handle currency conversions. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
