We are looking for a Web Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. In this role you’ll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Upon approval you will have access to general AI training projects and will be invited to contribute to design‑specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals and aesthetic evaluation.

• Full‑time or part‑time remote position.
• Choose the projects you want to work on and work on your own schedule.
• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work.

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups and visuals.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design or graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress or completed bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Payment is made via Pay Pal. This is an independent contract position. Only applicants in the United States will be considered.
