What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and customer insights
  • Conduct ongoing market and user research to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, maintaining high standards of quality and performance

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management within SaaS, including 2+ years focused on integrations or platform interface products
  • Proven success leading product initiatives in high-growth or enterprise software environments
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology
  • Experience building and scaling 0–1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, data models, and APIs
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally on go-to-market, launch, pricing, and customer support initiatives
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to connect technical execution to broader business objectives
