- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and customer insights
- Conduct ongoing market and user research to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, maintaining high standards of quality and performance
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate product performance and inform continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management within SaaS, including 2+ years focused on integrations or platform interface products
- Proven success leading product initiatives in high-growth or enterprise software environments
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology
- Experience building and scaling 0–1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, data models, and APIs
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally on go-to-market, launch, pricing, and customer support initiatives
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to connect technical execution to broader business objectives
