UI​/UX Product Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. You’ll assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work—including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s is preferred but not required

• This is a full‑time or part‑time REMOTE position
• You’ll be able to choose which projects you want to work on
• You can work on your own schedule
• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr, while design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work.

Location:

Montana, United States (Remote). Payment via Pay Pal. Only applicants in the United States will be considered. This is an independent contract position.
