UX​/UI Designer

Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. You’ll assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work—including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. Your insights will directly shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers.

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required.

• Full‑time or part‑time remote position.
• Choice of projects and ability to set your own schedule.
• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hour, while design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hour, with bonuses for exceptional work.

Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask you for any money. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
