The ideal candidate is a technically proficient leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels - capable of leading teams, driving transformation, and diving deep when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Strong background in systems engineering, networking, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and enterprise security tooling.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of incident response, security monitoring, and operational risk management.
  • Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, assess risk, and solve complex infrastructure and Sec Ops challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a global manufacturing organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ITIL, ISO 27001, HIPAA, Fed Ramp.
