Tech Lead well-versed in .NET and React

- Proven experience leading development teams and guiding technical decisions.
- Design and maintain scalable architectures in cloud environments (preferably Azure).
- Demonstrated experience across the .NET development ecosystem (including testing and debugging).
- Work on multiple projects for different companies on a wide range of products.
- 5+ years of experience with .NET
, C#, REST APIs, and Web Services. - 5+ years of experience with React
, Type Script, and JavaScript. - Experience with Sitecore 10.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fully remote position
