• Own the strategic planning, implementation, and management of key revenue systems, particularly Salesforce
• Design, document, and optimize critical revenue processes to ensure operational excellence
• Manage complex cross‑functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams
• Proactively identify and implement system improvements and automation opportunities
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with defined processes and standards

• Requires 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, or Sales Operations
• Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, including Lightning UX and reporting
• Proven track record managing complex CRM implementations and integrations
• Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset to translate business needs into system improvements
• Ability to effectively prioritize, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly within a fast‑paced environment

• Hands‑on experience with additional revenue tools such as marketing automation platforms or Salesloft
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Notion and Figma
• Highly self‑motivated with a passion for software, automation, and continuous learning
