UX Designer

Spire Soft is seeking a talented and motivated Part‑Time UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly UX. • Collaborate with developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Build and implement design systems that enhance the consistency and efficiency of our design processes.
• Execute all stages of UX design from concept to final hand‑off to engineering, including wireframes and user flows.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Have a keen eye on design issues and be willing to provide effective solutions.
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
• Willing to take ownership and lead projects as and when needed.

• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience in building and implementing design systems.
• Experience in creating and implementing wireframes.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user‑system interaction.
• Ability to understand requirements and develop design solutions as needed.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
