Starting Wage120,000 to 130,000 depending on experience
LocationRemote with ability to travel to headquarters in Vista, CA as needed
Responsibilities- Own overall strategy, execution, and performance across online marketplaces including Thrive Market, Grove, iHerb, Vitacost, and Tik Tok Shop.
- Identify and evaluate new online marketplace opportunities aligned with brand strategy and growth objectives.
- Develop annual growth plans, revenue forecasts, and promotional calendars for each marketplace.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.
- Oversee product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy tailored to each platform’s audience and buying behavior.
- Manage online marketplace merchandising tactics including listings, bundles, and limited editions to drive visibility and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to plan, execute, and optimise retail media and paid advertising campaigns across online marketplaces to drive visibility, traffic, and conversion.
- Plan and execute campaigns, seasonal promotions, and cross‑channel initiatives to maximise sales lift.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand‑aligned creative and messaging across all PDPs and online marketplace assets.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue, contribution margin, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage platform analytics and retail media tools to drive data‑informed decisions.
- Continuously test and refine strategies for product placement, SEO, and promotional effectiveness.
- Partner with the internal teams to ensure listings, imagery, and inventory levels support sales performance.
- Represent online marketplaces within broader Ecommerce team strategy discussions.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar field.
- 3+ years of Online Marketplace Account Management experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.)
- In‑depth experience managing and optimising third‑party marketplace platforms such as Thrive Market, Grove, iHerb, Vitacost and Tik Tok Shop.
- Skilled in product listing management, including content creation, imagery, SEO, and categorisation to drive discoverability and conversion.
- Strong understanding of online marketplace search algorithms, merchandising tactics, and promotional levers to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving catalogue, pricing, and compliance issues to maintain listing accuracy and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with brand protection and content governance tools to safeguard intellectual property and ensure alignment across channels.
