As a Project Manager – Lead Expert, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation initiatives. You will manage project teams, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful outcomes in accordance with SAP Activate methodology. This role involves strong stakeholder management, governance setup, and alignment between business and IT teams to drive digital transformation.

• Lead SAP S/4
  
  HANA project implementation from initiation to go-live using SAP Activate methodology.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and testing teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and success metrics while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation.
• Establish project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation mechanisms.
• Manage client communications, expectations, and stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ensure resource allocation, budgeting, and project cost control throughout the engagement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members to ensure effective collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice sharing across teams.

• Extensive experience managing SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology and project governance practices.
• Excellent knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams across global locations.
• Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to drive team performance and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project environments.

• Experience with SAP Public Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models within SAP projects.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Solution Manager or Jira for project tracking and reporting.

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager
• Familiarity with tools such as SAP Activate, SAP Solution Manager, and Microsoft Project.
