Codertal is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI and data science team on a B2B contract basis. You’ll play a key role in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models that solve real‑world problems and deliver measurable business impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to turn data insights into production‑ready solutions used by thousands of users across industries.

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models at scale.
• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production systems.
• Experiment with algorithms and tune hyperparameters to optimize performance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed models over time.
• Document processes and ensure reproducibility of results.

• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Tensor Flow
  , Py Torch , or scikit‑learn
  .
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data preprocessing.
• Experience with model deployment and MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
• Proficiency with SQL and data manipulation using Pandas or Num Py.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Intermediate to high level of English.
• Must be located in the European Union.
