** JOB DESCRIPTION
** We are seeking a
** Senior IT Compliance Analyst
** to join our Information Security team. This role is critical in ensuring our security and IT operations align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. You will collaborate across departments to assess risk, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement in our security posture.
** Responsibilities
* ** Support IT compliance initiatives including FFIEC, PCI DSS, SOX, GLBA, and other regulatory frameworks.
* Ensure IT controls operate according to standards through regular testing and validation of technical configurations.
* Maintain and report on compliance metrics related to IT control testing including tracking of remediation activities.
* Conduct risk assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
* Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with regulatory and business needs.
* Partner with internal audit, legal, and external assessors to facilitate audits and assessments.
* Provide guidance and training to business and technical teams on compliance and risk management practices.
* Stay current with evolving regulations, standards, and industry trends to proactively adjust compliance strategies.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field; certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in IT compliance, audit, or information security within a regulated industry.
* Strong understanding of security frameworks (CIS, NIST) and regulatory requirements (SOX, PCI, FFIEC).
* Experience with GRC tools and platforms (e.g., Archer, Logic Gate).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

** The targeted base salary for this position is $104,900 to $157,300 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
