What you’ll do:

• Deliver technology solutions that drive business transformation in the Capital Markets sector.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support technical system integrations, data modernization, and optimization efforts.
• Engage with clients to advise on traded products, the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle, and system improvements.
• Lead conversations around front‑to‑back data requirements and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to an innovative, inclusive team environment.

What you bring:

• 3–4+ years of experience delivering tech solutions in Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of the transaction lifecycle, front‑to‑back office processes, and financial instruments (Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python, Snowflake, Jira, and Databricks.
• A strong understanding of Capital Markets regulations (e.g., Dodd‑Frank, EMIR, MiFID II).
• Proven ability to engage clients, assess current‑state technologies, and recommend forward‑thinking solutions.
