Seeking an Oracle Subscription Billing Techno Functional Architect with extensive experience in Oracle Subscription Billing and Oracle Cloud Finance modules, interact with key stakeholders in Technical and Functional IT and Billing Business teams. Candidate must possess technical & functional proficiency including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build and Deployment of solutions for supporting billing application. Ensure the business requirements are met, partner to ensure team commitments are achievable and team is performing optimally.

Communication and collaboration are key to this role.

• 10+ years of Experience in Oracle Cloud field with at least 5 years of subscription Management Experience.
• Must have led at least 3 full end-to-end subscription implementations.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementations.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in OSM and Oracle Fusion.
• Manage OSM system design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and able to clearly articulate business requirement and Solution Design.
• Involved in fit gap analysis and documented the Setup steps for OSM.
• Experience working on integrations with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) modules.
• Work on Pricing Administration setups for pricing calculations and Product Information Management (PIM) for product management functionality.
• Experience in algorithm and service mappings for integration enhancement.
• Expertise in Groovy scripting within the Oracle Fusion framework.
• Experience with Application and Page Composer and customizations in Oracle Fusion modules.
• Experience in subscription data migration through file-based loading.
• Should have knowledge about pod migration and Release Management process.
• Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) is a plus.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs for integration enablement is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences.
• Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships.
