AI Data Lead

We are seeking an AI Data Lead to establish and develop our scalable AI infrastructure and solutions within our Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team and our AI practice. Reporting to the EDM Leader, you will oversee the overall platform, including building out the required team made up of contractors and full‑time employees to deliver key features and maintain the platform. You will develop team standards and guidelines along with the Data Engineering and Cloud infrastructure framework that delivers on data principles while removing bureaucracy.

As a hands‑on leader, you and your team will develop and deliver strategic AI initiatives in alignment with AI steering committee.

• Define the Data AI framework, standards, and data requirements
• Design reference architecture and functional design of the AI platform, including collaboration of integration with Operational systems
• Oversee the maintenance and scalability of the platform
• Lead migration and integration of data sources across multiple systems
• Provide appropriate governance to data design processes.
• Work throughout the entire Development Lifecycle, translating business requirements and consulting with development and testing teams to ensure the intended design is met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a demonstrated pursuit of continued education.
• Experience with modern AI platforms, such as AWS, and their AI/ML services
• Proficient technical team leader with 5+ years of Data Leadership experience.
• Experience leading technical teams, preferably with direct reports, but at a minimum, team lead tasks.
• Experience with in the insurance industry.

Med Pro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $138,700 to $170,100. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of Med Pro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short‑term and long‑term disability insurance.
