We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Quality Management (QM) with Production Planning (PP) as a secondary module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM solutions within S/4

HANA environments. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance processes are effectively integrated across the production cycle and aligned with overall business goals.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP QM and PP modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize quality management processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and enhance integration between manufacturing and quality operations.

• Lead end-to-end SAP QM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Integrate SAP QM with related modules such as PP, MM, and PM to ensure seamless quality processes across the supply chain.
• Define and configure inspection plans, characteristics, and sampling procedures.
• Implement quality notifications, corrective actions, and audit management functionalities.
• Work closely with production teams to enhance process efficiency through data-driven quality monitoring.
• Support user acceptance testing, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting mechanisms for quality performance tracking.
• Resolve production and post-go-live issues promptly to maintain system stability.
• Ensure alignment of SAP QM processes with regulatory compliance and business standards.

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP QM configuration and integration with PP, MM, and PM modules.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA environment and quality management business processes.
• Experience in implementing inspection plans, control charts, and quality notifications.
• Knowledge of master data management related to quality and production modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross‑functional teams.

• Experience working with SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Exposure to manufacturing, life sciences, or process industries with complex quality operations.
• Understanding of SAP PP-PI (Process Industries) or integration with MES systems.

• SAP Certified Consultant (Preferred)
• Familiarity with SAP Quality Management tools, Fiori apps, and analytical reporting dashboards.
