In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Participate in internal projects as required.
• Ensure service delivery maintains the highest standards of excellence.
• Serve as the technical advisor for assigned technology solution area(s) maintaining the utmost integrity and professionalism.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Support production and delivery of SOW’s and timelines.
• Deliver exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and customer service throughout discovery and implementation.
• Maintain current solution practice knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training.
• Assist Project Manager and Solution Architect with requirements gathering and management of development stories.
• Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:
  • ONE (1) CSA or CAD.
  • FIVE (5) Micro Certifications.
  • ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications.
