Solutions Specialist / Sales Engineer – Life Science (Clinical Trials) – Veridix AI

US Remote

We develop advanced eClinical solutions that power clinical trials through patient data collection, randomization, biospecimen tracking, and data quality monitoring. Our cutting‑edge AI innovations, including Generative AI, transform clinical trial timelines by streamlining processes from document authoring to automating study builds.

Primary

Purpose:

Provide value‑based demonstrations of software applications to prospects and customers, guiding them through pilots, configuration, and RFPs. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compelling demonstrations to prospective and current customers.
  • Manage, lead and host workshops that dive deep into customers’ processes and show how our solutions meet their requirements.
  • Serve as the main functional person throughout the sales cycle, building trusted adviser relationships.
  • Provide functional and technical input on incoming RFPs and RFIs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of software sales experience in life sciences/clinical trial software.
  • Clinical data management and/or site coordination experience preferred.
  • Understanding of drug‑development processes and related software.
  • Ability to learn how to configure software products for use on clinical studies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
