We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead design for product iterations, feature expansions, and workflow-tool extensions. In this role, you will:

• Translate requirements into wireframes, low-/high-fidelity mocks, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specs that balance clarity, ease of use, and trust
• Partner end-to-end with Engineering and Data Science teams to ship high-quality implementations (i.e., review ticket backlogs and PRDs, participate in QA, and audit shipped experiences for consistency with specs and the design system)
• Plan and validate user research and proposed journeys, frame problems and hypotheses, define success metrics, and instrument/monitor UX KPIs
• Evolve xCures’ design system to drive consistency and development velocity, documenting guidelines and guardrails for contributors
• Gather inspiration for and build early-stage prototypes to explore long-term product vision, solicit rapid feedback from potential users and stakeholders, and enable go-to-market with demos and narrative assets
• Communicate decisions and rationales across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and GTM teams

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HCI, Design, or related field

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product/feature design and shipped results
• Expert in Figma and rapid prototyping
• Strong interaction and visual design craft
• Design system and data visualization fundamentals
• Ability to communicate well, manage competing priorities, calibrate speed vs. depth prioritization by task, and drive execution in agile environments

• Health Tech, AI, and/or B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Familiarity with the privacy, security, and regulatory constraints in US healthcare
• Mission alignment

This is a remote (international) position. Candidates may be based outside the U.S., though consistent collaboration during U.S. business hours (Pacific to Eastern Time) is required.
