• Explore customer datasets to identify gaps and AI-readiness.
• Collaborate with customers to develop and refine AI/ML-driven scientific use cases.
• Engage with scientists to expand and leverage their data for AI applications.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and define data transformations for AI/ML.
• Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and ontology definitions.
• Provide feedback on AI/ML models to improve scientific outcomes.
• Conduct demonstrations and promote AI application adoption.
• Suggest experiments and data strategies to enhance insights.

• PhD with 15+ years in life sciences, with expertise in DMPK, Metabolite , ADME, PK/PD modeling, bioanalytical techniques, and enzyme profiling.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing AI/ML use cases supporting DMPK and Metabolite .
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams including product managers and scientists.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and workflow optimization for scientific outcomes.
• Excellent communicator, capable of engaging diverse audiences from scientists to executives.
• Provided consulting to support research, development, and quality testing.
