SAP S&A – Senior Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in SAP S&A (Security & Authorization). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4

HANA implementation, configuration, and support. You will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable SAP systems while working closely with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy solutions that align with business goals.

As a Senior Consultant in SAP S&A, you will lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of SAP Security and Authorization solutions. You will ensure secure and compliant access across SAP landscapes, integrate SAP modules with Fiori and GRC systems, and collaborate with functional teams to deliver high‑quality SAP solutions.

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end SAP S&A implementations in S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Design, configure, and maintain SAP authorization roles and profiles aligned with business requirements.
• Perform SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis and ensure compliance with audit standards.
• Integrate security configurations with SAP Fiori, GRC, and other SAP modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure and optimized SAP solutions.
• Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of SAP security and authorization setups.
• Support end‑users during system go‑live and post‑implementation phases.
• Monitor and maintain SAP access controls and system compliance on an ongoing basis.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Security & Authorization management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP role design, user provisioning, and access management.
• Proficiency in tools such as SUIM, SU53, ST01, and PFCG.
• Expertise in integrating SAP systems with GRC Access Control and Fiori Launchpad.
• Strong understanding of SoD principles and audit compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Exposure to hybrid SAP systems (on‑premise and cloud).
• Automation or scripting knowledge for SAP user management tasks.

• SAP Certified Consultant (Preferred)
• Familiarity with SAP GRC, Fiori Security, and SAP Access Management tools.
