We are seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist. The role is Full‑Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, On‑site (Remote work is unavailable).

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, Linked In, Facebook).
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across different divisions.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve ad efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategies with brand messaging and business goals.
• Provide insights and reports on campaign performance, making data‑driven recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.

  Experience: 3+ years managing paid advertising campaigns with a proven track record of driving results.

  Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital ad platforms.
• ✅
  Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data‑driven decisions.
• ✅
  Creativity: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on engaging visuals.
• ✅
  Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple campaigns for different industries and audiences.

  Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work across different teams and stakeholders.

Starting at $45,000 a year salary/D.O.E. Full Benefits Package included – PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (matching) and more.
