You’ll be working on building, safeguarding, and scaling the product processes that power both Delta and eToro projects. As Product Manager, you’ll bridge strategy and execution — ensuring smooth stakeholder communication, prioritization, and delivery across teams. You’ll be the glue between product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders, guaranteeing that what we build aligns with our users’ needs and company goals. In practice, this means you’ll:
- Drive product discovery and definition for new features and improvements.
- Translate business and user needs into clear requirements and processes.
- Safeguard and optimize workflows between Delta and eToro teams.
- Keep communication flowing between stakeholders — from engineers to executives.
- Ensure accountability in execution, pushing projects across the finish line.
All of this happens in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where product and process discipline make the difference between good and world-class.
And just like the rest of the team, you’ll be based in our Ghent office — right in the city center, in a gorgeous historic building. - BS (or higher) in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Pragmatic, analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a digital product team.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle.
Good knowledge of and/or experience with: - Product discovery & delivery frameworks (Agile, Lean, etc.)
- Writing clear product requirements, roadmaps, and release plans.
- Communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Data-informed decision-making (using analytics, experimentation, or customer feedback).
Other non-required pluses:
- Experience in fintech or financial markets.
- Familiarity with UX design and user research.
- Technical understanding of SaaS or mobile platforms.
- Prior experience working in both start-up and corporate environments.
