About the team and what we’ll build togetherWe are seeking a strategically driven and outcome-obsessed VP Product to lead our product strategy and execution across a suite of loyalty technology products. You will oversee a team of Product Managers and play a critical role in ensuring our platform delivers measurable value to both our clients and their customers. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of B2B2C dynamics—balancing enterprise stakeholder needs with user adoption and experience.
You’ll be responsible for aligning senior stakeholders on the strategy, economics, and timing of product investments, while continually monitoring the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain differentiated and revenue-generating.
- Drive Commercially-Aligned Product Strategy

You will own and articulate product strategies that connect clearly to revenue paths—via new sales, upsells, and platform retention—while aligning stakeholders on investment trade-offs and business outcomes. - Elevate Client and User Value

You will strengthen planning, prioritization, governance, and measurement practices that drive speed-to-value and visibility across the product lifecycle. - Lead a High-Performing Product Team

You will lead and coach a team of Product Managers, providing direction, accountability, and support in delivering high-impact product outcomes.

Contribution of new and enhanced products to net new sales, upsells, and platform retention. - Client & User Value Creation

- Senior Product Leadership: 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years leading a team; experience in B2B2C SaaS or martech platforms and AI knowledge strongly preferred.
- Outcome and Revenue Focus
