RoleSummary
We’re hiring a Mar Tech & AI Automation Specialist to architect and execute intelligent workflows that power high‑performance marketing. You’ll build automated sequences, integrate AI‑driven tools, and sync data across CRMs, ad platforms, and content pipelines. You’ll work with cutting‑edge tech and a forward‑thinking team obsessed with performance and scale.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement marketing automations using tools like Make, Zapier, Hub Spot, Active Campaign, and Klaviyo.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer
SEO, Copy.ai) for ad copy, emails, content, and targeting strategies. - Collaborate with marketing, development, and creative teams to launch AI‑supported campaigns.
- Build and maintain cross‑platform Mar Tech integrations (CRM, email, forms, analytics, ads, etc.).
- Analyze performance data and optimize workflows using metrics, triggers, and behavior‑driven rules.
- Onboard and evaluate new AI and automation tools; lead SOP development and internal training.
- Document all workflows, API connections, and operational logic for transparency and scaling.
- 3–5 years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or web/app development.
- 1–2 years hands‑on experience with AI tools or marketing automation (ChatGPT, Jasper, Make, etc.).
- Proficiency in workflow design with tools like Zapier, Make, Integromat, Pabbly, or Airtable automations.
- Familiarity with CRMs, behavioral segmentation, email triggers, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Understanding of full‑funnel campaigns and how to move users from awareness to conversion.
- Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills.
- Bonus:
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (e.g. JSON, HTML, or JS).
- Agency or SaaS experience
- Exposure to A/B testing tools, CRM lead scoring, and predictive analytics
- UI/UX awareness for user journey mapping
