Lead Software Engineer - SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform & M365

Drive rebranding and user experience modernization across intranet portals and collaboration sites, ensuring consistent corporate identity, accessibility, and responsive design. Monitor adoption metrics, user experience, and platform health, providing continuous improvement recommendations and feedback loops.
* Build AI-driven user experiences such as smart document generation, workflow suggestions, and knowledge summarization.
** What we are looking for:
** 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 solution architecture and development, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SPFx.  Experience leading Copilot readiness and AI integration initiatives (semantic indexing, content lifecycle design, and DLP alignment).  Demonstrated ability to build and manage Dev Ops pipelines using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions.  Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph, Power Shell scripting, and PnP Framework.  

Familiarity with Syntex, Adaptive Cards, and OpenAI integrations preferred.  Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills — able to mentor developers and guide citizen developers effectively Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, set technical direction, and influence enterprise collaboration strategy.
