Lead Collection & Management:

• Research and collect potential leads from various online sources.
• Organize and maintain lead data in Google Sheets & CRM software

• Verify and update contact details for accuracy.

Data Entry & Organization:

• Input, track, and manage client and prospect information.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date databases.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity.

Communication & Scheduling:

• Send outreach emails and follow-ups to potential leads.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and setting reminders for the team.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

AI & Automation Assistance:

• Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Help integrate automation software for data collection and analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest digital tools to enhance workflow.

Market Research & Reporting:

• Conduct research on potential clients and business contacts.
• Prepare reports and summaries of collected leads and outreach progress.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead conversion.
