Manager of Software Support

Job duties include:

Design, develop, maintain, and support multiple legacy applications for functionality, security, and end-of-life procedures based on requirements from the product and operation teams.

Support migration of company applications from the on-premises Windows infrastructure and Oracle Cloud Linux infrastructure, resolve all application-related issues, and provide support for application maintenance and deployment activity.

Design and develop automated monitors and processor simulators in accordance with product team requirements.

Analyze and architect Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s API Gateway and other cloud functionalities.

Design and develop alternative integration services for acquiring and instant bank transfer vaulting, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) flows and integrations.

Manage Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.

Produce ad-hoc reports and data retrieval from logs and databases.

Design and develop internal web-based applications and the company’s card studio application.

Conduct production incident troubleshooting, analysis, and migration.

Perform reverse engineering and update aged applications using decompilers to retrieve source code from the binary and make code changes to resolve any incompatibilities.

Coordinate and communicate with customers on product integration, support, and advanced troubleshooting.

The position allows remote work three days per week and reports to the company office at 3065 North 200 West, Suite 200, North Logan, Utah 84241.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline, or a foreign equivalent and 4 years of experience as a Software Consultant, Technical Expert, Director of Software Engineering, or a related position in which relevant skills acquired (or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or closely related field, or foreign equivalent and 7 years of experience), plus some experience in each of the following:

Full software development lifecycle;

PHP web-based applications;

Full-stack development with Java and Spring Framework;

User interface component development using HTML, Ajax, CSS, and JavaScript;

Oracle and MySQL databases, including database design and SQL queries;

ISO 8583 and card processing systems, rules, and regulations;

On-premises, AWS, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure;

Windows and Linux operating system environments;

Security standards in design and development, including PCI, OWASP, and SOC.

Salary: $132,333/yr. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the US.
