Interview Process: 3 rounds – hiring manager, CIO, and Senior Vice President (potentially 2 rounds).
Job DescriptionThe ERP Application Consultant provides analysis of a customer’s business requirements and objectives and works with them to meet those objectives. They identify, develop and integrate ERP solutions to meet predefined requirements, collaborating with clients, sales, and technical consultants.
Primary Responsibilities- Analyze customer business requirements and objectives to meet them.
- Implement and configure ERP applications and modules.
- Analyze client business processes and collect relevant data for implementation.
- Perform onsite and/or remote implementation of web‑based ERP application.
- Manage entire enterprise application suite, including Banner, ECO integrations, reporting, and other university applications, moving toward SaaS projects.
- Oversee a team of 4 onsite staff, guiding and supporting the rest of the team through updates, integration, and support.
- Maintain on‑prem Banner applications.
- Have experience with Banner, understanding higher education and SISs.
- Familiar with higher‑ed processes.
- Drive technical outcomes and project needs, integrating Banner and third‑party applications (door access, medical info, 45+ applications).
- Lead and foster team guidance rather than being the sole person on stage.
- Banner 9 version experience.
- Train end users in specific modules of the ERP application.
- Prepare project documentation associated with implementation (manuals, customer query data, issue logs, and their resolution).
- Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion.
- Assist customers with application testing and rollout.
- Recommend business process improvements to the customer.
- Analyze and specify application enhancements with the customer.
- Work with the customer and other internal organizations to quickly resolve issues impeding implementation or go live.
