• Customer Requirements Analysis
  :
  Conduct in-depth analysis of production processes and quality management requirements. Collaborate with key users to define needs and design optimal solutions.
• SAP PP and QM Implementation
  :
  Deploy and configure SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules to support manufacturing processes and ensure quality control.
• Process Design & Optimization
  :
  Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization, including production planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and quality control.
• System Configuration
  :
  Configure the SAP system according to customer-specific requirements, such as production resources, work centers, quality control plans, and production operations.
• Testing & Documentation
  :
  Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and create documentation, including process maps, technical documentation, and user manuals.
• User Training
  :
  Provide training and support for key and end users of SAP PP and QM.
• Post-Implementation Support
  :
  Ensure post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve efficiency and quality in production.
• SAP PP & QM Expertise
  :
  Strong knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules, including functionality, processes, and configuration.
• Manufacturing Process Experience
  :
  Understanding of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, production order management, and quality control processes.
• Project Management Skills
  :
  Experience with ERP implementations and the ability to manage projects from analysis to go-live.
• Communication Skills
  :
  Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior management.
• Analytical Thinking
  :
  Capability to analyze processes and data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Integration Knowledge
  :
  Familiarity with integration points between SAP PP/QM and other SAP modules, such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Experience
  :
  
  Experience with modern SAP versions, particularly SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• SAP Certification
  :
  Certification in SAP PP or QM is a plus.
• German Language Skills
