About the Role & Team

As a Global Solutions Architect for Experiment, you will be a key technical partner to our worldwide Solutions Engineering team, guiding customers through their experimentation journey and ensuring successful platform awareness and adoption. You’ll work cross‑functionally to support customer education, onboarding, technical troubleshooting during POVs (Proof Of Value) and the sharing of best practices, shaping how experimentation is utilized across companies.

• Lead post‑sales efforts such as onboarding, training, and implementation for new and existing customers.
• Become a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders, addressing their experimentation challenges.
• Serve as the primary contact for urgent customer questions on Amplitude experimentation architecture and usage.
• Architect complex, global‑scale solutions spanning geographies, industries, and multi‑region stakeholder groups, integrating Amplitude Experiment platforms with data warehouses and marketing tools.
• Develop and teach Solutions Engineers and Account Executives with best practices, playbooks, and onboarding guides to maximize customer value.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to Amplitude’s product team to drive internal improvements.

• Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation methodologies.
• 4+ years in a data science, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role.
• Proficient in SQL and analytics engineering.
• Strong relationship management with technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and resolve technical customer needs.
• Bonus:
  Experience managing online experiments or working with experimentation platforms.

This is a global role with occasional travel to customer sites, Amplitude offices, and industry events (estimated ~25%).
