Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant; Remote

Thrive Financial Services is expanding our marketing team, and we’re looking for a Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant to help support our fast‑paced, compliance‑focused financial planning firm.

If you’re detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and love working behind the scenes to keep a marketing machine running smoothly — this role could be a great match.

You’ll work directly with our Marketing Director and help manage key elements of our digital marketing ecosystem, including:

• Draft and schedule compliant social media posts
• Assist with monthly newsletter creation and formatting
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form posts, emails, or SMS
• Uphold Thrive’s brand voice, tone, and compliance standards

• Update contact records, tags, notes, and pipelines
• Build or adjust simple automations and campaigns inside our CRM
• Support list hygiene, email/SMS deliverability, and segmented outreach
• Experience with Go High Level is a major plus

• Monitor registrations for our 100+ annual workshops & webinars
• Assist with confirmations, reminders, and waitlist processes
• Help build landing pages, QR codes, and event communication workflows

• Order promotional materials and printed collateral
• Assist with basic cost comparisons and marketing budget tracking
• Support KPIs, performance reporting, and internal metrics
• Contribute to special projects, campaigns, and marketing launches

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, VA work, or CRM support
• Strong writing and communication ability
• Highly detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a compliance‑focused industry
• Tech‑savvy (Canva, Google Workspace, CRMs)
• Familiarity with Go High Level preferred (or fast learner)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Availability to communicate during EST business hours

Financial services experience is a plus, though not required.
