Launchpad is preparing for a major 2026 nearshore program, partnering with global clients in North America and Europe who are scaling their data and cloud engineering capabilities. We’re building a robust LATAM Talent Pool of Data Engineers ready to join large-scale enterprise initiatives.
🔍 About You- ETL/ELT workflows (Airflow, Glue, ADF, DBT, etc.)
- Python, SQL, Spark
- Cloud data stacks: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, Synapse)
- Experience designing or optimizing data pipelines
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Ability to collaborate with Data Science and Product teams
- Excellent English and remote communication skills
- 100% remote
