As an early product hire at Turnkey, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product’s evolution — from refining the current developer‑first offering to building entirely new product verticals. You’ll work cross‑functionally with engineering, leadership, and customers to drive the next phase of Turnkey’s growth.

Define and execute the 0→1 product vision for new verticals and use cases.

Enhance existing developer‑focused platform across APIs, SDKs, and the developer dashboard.

Partner directly with customers to deeply understand their goals, pain points, and long‑term plans.

Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership to turn product strategy into real, scalable outcomes.

Operate as a hands‑on individual contributor while helping shape the future direction of Turnkey’s product organization.

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience; experience in crypto, Web3, or developer tooling is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and opinions on the evolution of key management, wallets, and crypto UX.
• A self‑starter mindset—willing to go beyond the traditional PM role to do whatever it takes to make the product successful.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives independently and, over time, guide others.
• Excellent communication skills—direct, transparent, and collaborative.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and pushing for bold, first‑principles solutions.
• A genuine belief in the transformative potential of Web3/crypto, and a desire to contribute to its progress.

• You’re an active participant in the crypto ecosystem, staying on top of emerging trends and protocols.
• Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience.
