Technical Adoption Manager – Networking & Security

• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned accounts to understand client strategic goals
• Provide project leadership and architectural guidance for customer Network Virtualization and VMware initiatives
• Collaborate with multi‑functional VMware project teams, including consultants and engineers
• Map VMware solutions to meet customers’ unique business and technical requirements
• Lead multiple client engagements while providing constructive feedback to VMware Product Management

• Minimum 12 years of strong networking experience with VMware networking products
• At least 2 years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or technology consultant
• BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• VMware Certified Professional Certification (VCP) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Solid technical background in advanced networking and security

• Experience with integrating heterogeneous networking and security environments
• Familiarity with systems management concepts and standards
• Strong business insight and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with CxO level personnel
• Fast learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
